Buddey Talent Jobs Terms of Use
This terms and conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Buddey Talent Jobs platform ("Platform") offered by Buddey Technology Holdings Sdn Bhd ("Company"). By submitting jobs on the Platform, you ("Client") acknowledge and agree to these Terms. The Company provides an online platform for Clients to search and connect with talented individuals ("Talent"). The Company is not an employer, partner, event organizer, or agent for any Clients or Talent. The Company makes no warranties or representations regarding the completeness, security, reliability, quality, accuracy, or availability of the Platform or Talent services. You are solely responsible for ensuring you obtain any required licenses, permits, or approvals for Talent activities you engage through the Platform. You agree to waive the Company from any liability, losses, or damages arising from your use of the Platform or engagement of Talent. Confirmed booking means the Client already made full payment of the booking price of a talent and submitted a copy of payment receipt to the Company payment accounts. If any job cancellation by the Client, full refund if cancel within 24 hours from payment date. 50% refund if you cancel after the 24 hours but before 10 days from payment date. No refund if job cancellation after 10 days from payment date or before and within 7 days from the scheduled job date, except if the Talent cancels the job. The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Platform constitutes your acceptance of any updated Terms.
